What is it good for? Absolutely everything.

Wire-free support: Wire-free knitted support might sound like a bunch of mumbo jumbo but it feels like a second skin. It’s soft, unbelievably comfy and has unrivalled support. Our knitted ribbed panels mimic the shape and support of a wire bra, without the wire. Win. 

Anti mono-boob: The wire-free support, heat moulded cups and inner slings work together to prevent mono-boob (we’re so against that)! Featuring a double layer for additional strength and support, our seam-free moulded cups will morph to your body and give you that ‘your boobs but better’ feeling. 

Sling ‘em up: Our bralettes feature two (patent pending) inner slings that will lift, shape and support. One acts as a platform to stop the dreaded droopy boobs and the other is there to stop your boobs going east to west - it’s north only from here on out.

Sweat free boobs: Say goodbye to the dreaded boob sweat. Made from moisture wicking fabric, SugarCandy will keep you dry, confident and worry free.

How much support does it really give?

We know the fuller bust bra market, so we totally understand the skepticism. And we’ll be honest, its a pretty tough question. It all depends on your size, your activity and your natural bounce-o-meter. However, SugarCandy should give you just as much support, if not more than your regular wired bra, but not as much as a high intensity sports bra.

Will it work for my boobs?

Why are there 6 hooks?

All of our bras feature 6 hook and eye options for sizing flexibility & individual comfort. Allowing you space to expand or contract up to half a size, because bodies change, and that’s totally normal.

What’s it made from?

Our bras are made from 90% Nylon and 10% Elastane. If we want to get super tech-y, all of our products are made from knitted microfibre yarn consisting of nylon and elastane, basically they’re super durable. The yarn is called Softex (the name ain’t lying) from a yarn specialist company called ‘Nilit’.

All of our yarn is dyed according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and we’re Oeko-Tex certified. See What does Oeko-Tex mean? to find out more.

All of the hardware on our bras (hook and eye, sliders and accessories) are all 100% nickel free to avoid irritation for those allergic. 

Why’s it so expensive?

We hear you. We’re a little bit exxy but with good reason, we promise! We’ve put in the hard yards sourcing the highest quality materials, the best manufacturers, designing bralettes that will actually give you that lift and support you deserve (and desire), and then testing them. Again, and again. It does what it says on the packet and we’re pretty proud of that.

We also spend time considering the most waste-free, eco-friendly solutions so that we can deliver you a durable, long-wearing, sustainable product with as minimal impact on nature as possible. Unfortunately, being nice to the earth costs money, but this is something we’re passionate about and we’d like to pass that goodness on to our customers. How do I get the promised lift?

Do a handstand. Just kidding. Follow our simple fit video here. Otherwise, here’s our tips to ensure you get the SugarFit*

  1. Put it on! Make sure that the band sits flat against your ribcage - and not on your tatas.
  2. Reach down into each cup and pull the inner sling up, so it supports and lifts your boobs.
  3. Then simply adjust the cups over your boobs and tighten your straps. 
  4. Feel free to jiggle. Go ahead, we don’t judge!

What if my size isn’t shown on the website?

We’re sorry if your size is not available. In this case, we’re either sold out or don’t stock your size at this stage. However, fear not! We’re constantly updating our inventory and working to be more size inclusive with new sizes and styles coming very soon. Watch this space.

How do I care for my SugarCandy?

Cold machine wash me in a delicates bag. I’m by no means delicate but your other clothes might be. Please let me drip dry.

We recommend using our Fit Me* calculator to find your perfect SugarCandy size. It's important that you know and are happy with your existing bra size (cup and band) to ensure you get the best fit match. How much do you charge for shipping?

AUS - Free shipping

USA – Free shipping on orders above $70, under is $15.

Canada – Free shipping on orders above $80, under is $15.

United Kingdom – Free shipping on orders above £50, under is £7.80.

Europe – Free shipping on orders above €80, under is €15.00 for most parts of Europe, with others at €20.00.

New Zealand – Free shipping on orders above $NZ100, under is $15.00

Rest of the World – Most countries at US$20 or as calculated during checkout.

Will I be advised about my order and dispatch?

Of course. Soon after you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email that contains your order receipt & acceptance of payment. You’ll also receive another email within 24-48 hours to advise about the dispatch of your order.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Australia:

NSW (metro) - up to 2 working days

NSW (country) - up to 5 working days

Rest of Australia (metro) - 3 to 6 working days

Rest of Australia (country) - please ask your local post office.

 

USA & Canada:

3-5 working days by UPS express.

 

UK & Europe:

3-6 working days by UPS express.

 

New Zealand:

2-4 working days by UPS express.

 

Rest of the World:

Generally within 3-8 working days.

Please note, occasionally customs agencies within the destination countries may choose to randomly inspect individual shipments for security purposes. This could delay your shipment. Deliveries to Russia can expect delays due to security and customs measures.

Will customs/duty charges apply to my order?

There are no duties or additional shipping charges for deliveries to Australia, NZ, UK, US & European Union countries. However, duty charges may apply to other countries, which Sugar Candy will not be responsible for. If you are unsure, please check with your local customs department for import duties in your country, state or region.

How will my order be wrapped?

The environment means a lot to us so we’re proud to say that your products are sent to you with most of the packaging is either recyclable, compostable or biodegradable. The only exception at this stage are our stickers and this is something we’re actively working on changing. It’s our aim to not pass any waste on to you as a consumer, so it’s a big 2020 goal of ours to be 100% waste-free.

When you order from us, your products are placed into a 100% biodegradable and compostable mailer bag that is eco-friendly and made from plants (you can find out more about them here. The tissue paper we use to wrap our products is 100% recycled tissue paper. Any tape that is used in the wrapping of your items is environmentally friendly and 100% biodegradable. The round sticker used in wrapping your items is unfortunately not recyclable at this stage, as well as the postage stickers on the mailer bag.

Before composting the mailer bag, please ensure you remove any stickers. Please make sure that you recycle all of the mailing items correctly according to your local council.

Is a signature required to receive my parcel?

Sign away! Your signature is requested as an added security measure to ensure your product is correctly delivered. We recommend sending your order to a work / office delivery address should you be away during the day (9.00am – 5.00pm), when most deliveries occur. Please note that we do not accept deliveries to PO Box addresses.

 

Your experience is important to us, that’s why we’ve made our returns + exchange process as simple and seamless as possible. This way, you can get yourself into the right bra as soon as possible.

What is our return policy?

Once your product has been dispatched, you’ll have 45 days to organise your exchange or refund. We require all products to be returned in their original unworn condition, with their garment tags and labels in place. 

Please note that any worn, damaged or tag-less garments will not be accepted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

What’s an instant return?

It’s exactly what it says. Instant. You’ll be able to complete your full return or exchange on the spot, selecting which products you’d like to to return/exchange. You can do this whenever you want (within the 45 day try-on period) and all by yourself.

No forms or back and forth communication, there’s no need to email us or even talk to us - unless you want to of course. We’ve made it simple so you can get back to the better things in life.

What exactly is the 45 day try-on period?

We’re glad you asked. Bra shopping is hard and life is, well, busy. We get it. We’ve created the 45 day try-on period so that no matter where in the world you are, you can try SugarCandy on in the comfort of your home - just as you would in store - and in your own time. From the time of dispatch, you’ll have until the 45 days are up to get it back to us. Meaning you can take your sweet time trying it on.

So, can I trial the product for 45 days? Nope. This is not a trial period, just a try-on. Basically it’s a guarantee that no matter where in the world you are located, you’ll receive your SugarCandy, have enough time to try it on and send it back before the 45 days are up. This means that as long as you follow our returns policy, you’ll always be eligible for a return/exchange.

How do I organise an exchange or refund?

Just enter your deets into the form here and we’ll take you through to our online form (don’t worry, it’s super quick!) Once in, you’ll be able to view your previous order and from there, decide what items you would like to exchange or return. If exchanging, you’ll be able to select the item(s) you’d like to receive instead.

Do you accept returns internationally?

How long do I have to organise an exchange or refund?

Once your product has been received, you have 45 days to organise your exchange or refund.

Can I return or exchange a Sugar Candy Bra product purchased from another retailer?

Unfortunately, only products purchased directly from us through this website can be returned or exchanged by us. If you have purchased a Sugar Candy Bra from a re-seller or another retailer, please contact them. 

Can I return sale products?

You can, however, sale products can only be refunded for store credit.

How long will my order take to have my exchange/refund processed?

You should receive your exchange/refund within 3-5 days from receipt of your return. We recommend using a track & trace service when sending in your returns. This will guarantee receipt and ensure your exchange/refund is processed quickly. We cannot provide exchanges or refunds for returns we don't receive.

Will I have to pay postage to return?

Unless the product is deemed faulty, you will need to cover the cost of returning the garments back to us for a refund or exchange.

Can I pay with PayPal?

You sure can. We accept PayPal payment for your purchases. Make sure to select the PayPal option when checking out.

Do you accept Credit Card payments?

We like to give you plenty of payment options. So feel free to use MasterCard, Visa or American Express. All credit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation of the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud. We take security very seriously and have undertaken necessary precautions to protect your details and privacy.

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

Unfortunately we don’t offer them at this point in time but it’s something we’re looking into. Keep an eye out.

Is it safe to order online?

We use secure online ordering systems utilising industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of all sensitive information such as your name, address and other information like your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of interception. Sugar Candy also uses reputed payment gateways such as PayPal and RBS WorldPay, providing increased levels of security for sensitive payment details.

How is the bra eco?

We’ve worked on our manufacturing process to produce as minimal waste as possible. Each bra is knitted to size within a tube to completely cut down on waste. Any additional panels and slings are made from the same tube, strategically designed to maximise the use of the fabric, avoiding offcuts and waste. We like to think it’s a little bit clever *pats self on back*.

All of our yarn is dyed according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and we’re Oeko-Tex certified. Basically, this means that every thread, trim, hook etc. has been tested for harmful substances and has been deemed harmless in human ecological terms. We’ve also tested the factories we use and the finished product, and we’ve got the all clear! Boo-yah!

But, what does that mean for me? When clothing is processed using harmful chemicals, they can be absorbed into your body. We know, it’s crazy stuff. So if this is something you’ll be wearing day in, day out, just know that we’re looking out for you and your assets.

How is the company eco?

As a business, we’re taking steps to be as eco-friendly as possible. At this moment in time, it means that where we can, we take measures to put the environment first. Our warehouse and offices are run entirely on solar energy and all of our stock is stored in plastic-free poly bags that are 100% biodegradable. Our packaging to you is nearly 100% recyclable, and where possible, biodegradable. Click here to find out more about our packaging.

It’s important for us that we don’t create waste, because you don’t need it and neither does the earth. We’re just getting started, so watch this space!

APPLICATION

2.1 These Terms apply to all purchases of products from you, made from this website available at ‘www.sugarcandybra.com’.

2.2 No amendment, alteration, waiver or cancellation of any of these Terms is binding on us unless confirmed by us in writing.

2.3 You acknowledge that no employee or agent of the Company has any right to make any representation, warranty or promise in relation to these goods or the sale of the goods other than as contained in these Terms.

2.4 Products sold to you by us are for personal use only & may not be on-sold or re-sold to any third part without or agreement..

PRICES

3.1 You agree to pay the purchase price at the time of your order, including any freight, insurance & duties that may be applicable when we ship to the country of your choice.

3.2 All Prices are quoted inclusive of GST, VAT and Taxes where applicable in your country of shipping.

PAYMENT

4.1 Payments are to be made to us using one of the payment methods offered to you on the Site.

4.2 Only orders with a payment made will be considered as complete. No goods will be delivered without a complete payment and your order may be cancelled should a successful payment not be received.

AVAILABILITY

5.1 All purchases are subject to availability. Whilst we do our very best to show you stock that is representative of our inventory, there can be discrepancies on occasion.

5.2 In a situation we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you via email and/or phone, to offer you a suitable alternative, refund or back order. Any alternatives or refunds will be to the maximum value of the amount paid (including any delivery charges) by your in this order.

DELIVERY

6.1 We dispatch to a significant list of countries worldwide, within 24 hours (on NSW, Australia business days) of receipt of your orders.

6.2 The cost of delivery is stipulated on the site and will not be refundable, even in the case of a returned order.

6.3 Delivery costs include transportation costs only and do not include import or customs duties, levies, taxes or any liabilities that may be applicable in any destination country.

6.4 We use 3rd party delivery partners and do not accept and expressly exclude liability for any delivery delays or delays due to duties, taxes or levies that may apply in any destination country.

6.5 All deliveries must be signed for unless you have waived this requirement at the time of your order on our site. You must within 5 days of being notified of the availability, collect (your local courier depot or post office) or accept delivery of the Goods. Failure to accept the goods within the 5 days, may result in termination of your order with the return costs deducted from your original payment.

RISK AND INSURANCE

7.1 The title in the Goods will pass to you upon delivery to your nominated address or local courier depot or post office. Risk of loss, damage or deterioration will pass to you upon delivery to your nominated address or local courier depot or post office too.

STATUTORY LAW, RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

8.1 We warranty our products and services as per the Australian Consumer Law in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

8.2 We offer replacement or repair of the Goods or the supply of equivalent Goods; or payment of the cost of replacing or repairing the Goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; and in either case, the Company will not be liability for any consequential loss or damage or other direct or indirect loss or damage.

8.3 Our liability for the goods is governed solely by the ACL and these Sales Terms. We exclude all conditions and warranties by law, custom or statue except for your statutory rights.

8.4 We have a 30-day return, exchange or refund policy. Please contact us and send the goods back in their original condition. They must be unworn, unwashed and include their original garment tags. Refunds will only be made to the payment method originally utilised by you at the time of payment for the goods. Exchanges can be made for size or style provided the replacement value is the same as your original purchase.

INDEMNITY

9.1 You indemnity us against all law suits, claims, demands, actions, liabilities, expenses and costs (including legal costs) resulting from your breach of these Sales Terms. You will cooperate with us, and the relevant authorities (at your cost) in the handling of disputes, complaints, investigations or litigation that result from the use of our product and services.

GENERAL

10.1 Force Majeure – Our inability to perform our obligations under these Terms of Sale will not have us held liable should the conditions be out of our reasonable control.

10.2 Privacy – We take your privacy seriously and will continue to put in place measures to secure your privacy in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act (1988).

10.3 Accuracy – We aim to keep the information as presented on our site accurate and correct at all times. You acknowledge that mistakes can occur and we exclude any liability for an misrepresentation, inaccuracy or errors, which we exclude from liability to the extent permissible by law.

10.4 Termination – We reserve the right to stop supply or fulfil your order/s on this site, should we suspect or have proven the illegitimacy of you purchase, which includes, purchase for a competitor, on-selling or for re-selling purposes.

GOVERNING LAW

11.1 These sales terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the courts of New South Wales in respect of any dispute arising.

11.2 We make no representation of the Site complying with the laws of countries other than that of Australia. If you access the site from overseas, you do so at your own risk and are responsible to comply with the laws from where you access this site.
