What is our return policy?

Once your product has been dispatched, you’ll have 45 days to organise your exchange or refund. We require all products to be returned in their original unworn condition, with their garment tags and labels in place. 

Please note that any worn, damaged or tag-less garments will not be accepted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Your experience is important to us, that’s why we’ve made our returns + exchange process as simple and seamless as possible. This way, you can get yourself into the right bra as soon as possible.

Simply enter your details below and we’ll take you through to our online instant returns form (don’t worry, it’s super quick!). Once in, you’ll be able to view your previous order and from there, decide what items you would like to exchange or return. If exchanging, you’ll be able to select the item(s) you would like to receive instead.
